TECHNOTUFF

This modifier was developed when increased addition of fillers to Raffia resulted into drop in elongation and powder generation which directly reduced output and increased wastage.

There are a range of TECHNOTUFF grades developed for Raffia applications. The selection of these are based on cost and property requirements like improved elongation, increased strength or some extra addition of fillers. The same compound can be used for lamination and blown film applications enhancing filler addition maintaining elongation levels.

TECH BLOW:

The current market scenario compels filler addition in all applications without compromising on the mechanical & physical properties to have a cost effective competitive product. But the filler addition was very tough in Blow molding especially when the bulk drums are used for carrying hazardous liquid chemicals. Maintaining impact, stiffness and withstanding tedious drop tests was a major challenge. Tech Blow compounds are used for all type of blow molding applications from the tiny bottles to 200ltr bigger drums.
